If we cancel a course tentatively after you have paid the course fee, we will enroll you without further fee in the same course that is to be held at any time within 12 months of your cancelled course (subject to a vacancy being available). If you disagree with this and you wish a refund, then approximately 80% of the money will be refunded to you as the 20% money would be deducted towards the stripe fees, admin fees and bank transfer fees (if your bank is not based in Australia) and reasonable estimated costs and damages of the cancellation.

If you have access to the pre-reading material and cancel a course you can request to be enrolled in the same course that is to be held at any time within 12 months of your cancelled course (subject to a vacancy being available) or instead you may request a refund of the course fees, which will refunded to you subject to a charge for the reasonable estimated costs and damages of the cancellation as follows: 

• four weeks or more before your course date – $75 for 2D Radiography licensing course, $100 deduction for OPG/Lat Ceph licensing course and CBCT licensing course and $150 deduction for CBCT interpretation course. 

• less than four weeks and more than two weeks before your course date – $100 for 2D Radiography licensing course, $150 deduction for OPG/Lat Ceph licensing course and CBCT licensing course and $250 deduction for CBCT interpretation course. 

•  less than two weeks and more than one week before your course date – $150 for 2D Radiography licensing course, $200 deduction for OPG/Lat Ceph licensing course and CBCT licensing course and $300 deduction for CBCT interpretation course. 

1. less than one week before your course date – $200 for 2D Radiography licensing course, $250 deduction for OPG/Lat Ceph licensing course and CBCT licensing course and $350 deduction for CBCT interpretation course..
2. a previously transferred course – no refund is payable.
3. In case you registered just 1 week or less before the course and have access to the pre-reading material and you cancel the course and request for refund – 75% money would be refunded. If you didn’t have had access to the pre-reading material, then 10% money would be deducted towards the stripe fees, admin fees and bank transfer fees (if your bank is not based in Australia).

If you have registered through Eventbrite or any other third party service provider, and for any reason your course is cancelled, or rescheduled, or delayed or you do not attend your course we are not liable in any way to you for any fees charged to you by that provider, and are not liable to provide any reduction in the fees required to be paid to us or a third party provider in relation to your course if rescheduled or any other future course in which you may enrol.
