Pre-recorded CBCT Licensing Course information

• The Pre-recorded CBCT licensing course is open to Dentists, Dental specialists, Oral Health Therapists, Dental Hygienists, and Dental Assistants (with Certificate IV in Dental Assistance Radiography – copy required).
• Please check the terrific offers on the website from time to time.
• This course is approved by various state Radiation health authorities including VIC, QLD, TAS, NSW and WA. The ACT and NT delegates are also eligible to attend this course and apply for their licenses with the ACT and NT radiation health authority. The delegates (of all the above states) completing this course can apply for the licenses with their respective Radiation health authority by submitting the Certificate of successful completion provided by Dr Sholapurkar. Please note that SA EPA does not approve such course, but it has an independent assessment administered for the purposes of licensing. This course would be beneficial for the SA delegates who are attending the SA EPA assessments and for those who wish to upgrade their knowledge. To the best of our understanding and various reviews, many SA delegates have attended this course and have cleared the SA EPA exams in the first attempt.
• Some additional requirements are required in some states and their regulations keep changing from time to time. Please check with your local radiation authority to see the requirements prior to attending this licensing course. Most importantly, please check with your respective Radiation health authority whether you are eligible to obtain a CBCT license. Upon confirmation from the Radiation health authority, you can then register for this training course. 
• Please see the learning objectives of the course below. Please note that the learning objectives of pre-recorded course and the zoom course are exactly the same. The only difference is the mode of presentation.  
• The main advantage of the pre-recorded course is that you can do the course at your own pace, and you will have access to the course for 3 months from the day you registered. You can also watch the videos several times by rewinding and forwarding the videos to understand the concept in a better way. 
• The pre-reading material/lecture handouts will be sent automatically to your email address once you register and pay. Please check the date when you did the payment and check your email on the same date where you would have automatically received the lecture handouts. The lecture handouts link that we have provided is only to access the lecture handouts and related articles. These lecture handouts and articles are for your reference. You can download them. If you haven’t received the lecture handouts in your inbox, then please check your junk email on the day you did the payment and you will definitely find them there. Just click on the link to request us to grant access to the lecture handouts and articles and you will be granted the access.
• Once you have registered for pre-recorded course, you need to log-in into the website https://www.cbctopglicensing.com.au/ (by inserting your username and password) in order to access the videos. Please login using your laptop or computer i.e. on a larger screen rather than on the mobile phone as you may not see the green colour login tab on the mobile phone. We have about 17 videos for the CBCT Licensing course which you need to watch at your own time and these videos will run altogether for 8 hours and therefore you will be granted 8 CPD hours for completing the course. This course also includes demonstration of taking a CBCT through a video presentation (which will run for 15-20 mins) directed and produced by Dr Sholapurkar.
• Once you are done with watching all the videos, you will be directed to the exam link. You then need to do the exams which consist of about 45-50 MCQ's and you need to score at least 75% marks to qualify for the license.
• Once you have submitted the exams, Dr Sholapurkar will mark your exams (within 2-4 days) and will provide you with the certificate of successful completion where you will be granted 8 CPD hours. Please note, this certificate is NOT a license to take CBCT’s.
• You can then submit this certificate of successful completion to your respective Radiation health authority, and they will grant you the license.
• The examination is for those who wish to obtain their licenses. Delegates who already have their licenses can still do the course (to upgrade their knowledge) and obtain the CPD points.
• NZ delegates can also attend this course to upgrade their knowledge.
• After completing the course, you will be directed to a feedback section. We would really appreciate if you could please take some 2-3 minutes of your precious time to write feedback about the course.
